Newsletters & Mailing Lists

Overview

We have a number of forms of communication to be of support and to keep individuals informed. Listed below are some of those means of communication. If you would like to be added to one of the lists, please contact the church office (or if you are on a list from which you would like to be removed, please contact the church office).

Monthly Highlights Postcard - Vintage Text

Each month we send via postal mail a postcard with highlights of some of our upcoming events, activities, mission outreach, and worship services.
(We affectionally call our postcard a “Vintage Text Message”).

The Beacon

Our monthly newsletter is The Beacon. This publication provides a calendar and detailed information about upcoming events, activities, mission outreach, and worship services. You can receive The Beacon by postal mail, by email, or by both postal and email (just let the Office Manager know your preference).

E-News Highlights

About once a week we send an E-Newsletter email with highlights of upcoming events, activities, mission outreach, and worship services.

HomeTouch & Weekly Bulletin

We send the HomeTouch newsletter that is designed for senior church members, along with the weekly bulletin, to our homebound and retirement living centers by postal mail. You can receive the bulletin in either regular or large print.

Weekly Email Bulletin

You can receive an electronic version of the weekly Sunday bulletin. That bulletin is emailed at the end of the week for the upcoming Sunday.

Youth Group

We use multiple methods by which to connect with the Youth Group members including: text, postal mail, email, and the “band” app. Please contact the church office to be added to any of those options.

Prayer Line

Our Prayer Line or Prayer Chain are those members and prayerful friends of our church who pray over the people and names of those in need of prayer. They receive a monthly prayer list, weekly bulletin prayer list, and prayer need updates throughout the week as prayer needs arise. To be prayed for, simply contact the church office to be added to our prayer lists. To be among our Prayer Warriors helping with our Prayer Line, please contact coordinator Lyndell Johnson, co-coordinator Lari Leiby, or the church office.

Coffee, Tea, & Thee - Email Updates

Our Coffee, Tea, & Thee adult discussion gathering sends a near weekly email about the discussion topic for the upcoming Sunday for those who would like advanced info about the upcoming topic.

Member Information Sheets

As membership information changes, we invite and encourage members to share those updates with the church office, so that we are sending you appropriate information to the correct mailing and email addresses.

To update your information, simply contact the church office.

We also provide the following information sheets, which you can access electronically here, or you can contact the church office to have a print copy mailed to you.
