Updating Member Info

Overview

All of the members of First UCC should have received a letter by postal mail encouraging you to update the church office with your contact information, etc. You can either use the paper forms found in that letter, or you can use the emailable pdf forms found below, or you can use the below links to print additional forms. Please return those forms to Karen by Sunday, July 27, 2025.

Forms

In addition to the cover letter and return envelope, the below three forms were included in the mailing.

To submit these by email: click on the link to open the “emailable form;” type in your responses; click “save as” and include your name in the new saved title; then email the document to Karen at Hamburg1stUCC@verizon.net.

To submit these by postal mail: click on the “print form” link; print out the form; use a pen to fill in the information; mail it to First UCC, 76 South 3rd Street, Hamburg, PA. Members can also use the forms that were mailed to you, or request additional forms by contacting Karen at the church office.

Please fill out one form for each individual in your household, include members, non-members, children, etc.
