Church Growth Workshop

Wednesday, July 23 from 6:00-8:00PM

Pastor Ben will be offering a workshop on evangelism and church growth strategies.

The workshop is free and open to all members. There is no book to purchase, and no reading to do ahead of time. There will be handouts, so please use the sign up sheet on the table in the Auditorium (large social hall) or sign up through the church office, so that Karen is able to run off sufficient quantities of handouts ahead of time.

What is presented in this workshop will help us to collaboratively work together to design a comprehensive church growth strategy.

This workshop is significant enough that all Consistory members and chairpersons should participate in this workshop. We scheduled this workshop based on Consistory members’ availability and recognize that, due to vacations and other conflicts, not all of Consistory will be available for this event.

Pastor Ben’s training on this topic includes a graduate level independent study on evangelism at our Lancaster Theological Seminary, a sabbatical graduate level evangelism course at Moravian Theological Seminary, plus additional workshops, readings, and training in the study of evangelism. We hope that you will join us in learning more about evangelism and church growth and to ask Pastor Ben your questions about effectively growing churches.
