Epiphany Sunday

We will be celebrating the Epiphany on the first Sunday of the New Year, when the wisemen arrive and present their three gifts to the Christ child. (Epiphany is generally celebrated on January 6, or on the Sunday preceding January 6).

Season of Epiphany

Epiphany is the season of the manifestation of God incarnate to the world.
In Greek “phan” is “shine” or “manifest,” and “epi” is “upon.” The season of Epiphany continues from January 6 until Ash Wednesday; Epiphany is the season between Christmas and Lent.

Holy Communion

This morning we will be celebrating in Holy Communion in the pews, where the Elders will bring the bread and wine to you during the worship service.

We welcome all those who profess a belief in Jesus Christ to share in Holy Communion. Visitors of other Christian denominations and churches are welcome to share in the sacrament.

Those joining us live for the live stream via YouTube are invited to have their own bread and wine or grape juice to be blessed by the Pastor during the live stream.
